Each of the two 1.5L pots can be controlled independently, so you can have a hearty stew in one and a side dish in the other, each at its own ideal temperature. Three heat settings – low (6–8 hours), high (4–6 hours), and warm (up to 4 hours) – give you the flexibility to cook at your own pace or simply keep things warm and ready to serve throughout an event.
