Refund policy

Returns Policy

All Blackmoor products and orders are covered by a 30-day guarantee.  If you are not totally happy with your product, we will refund the full value of items which are returned within 30 days from the date of purchase provided they are unused and in the original packaging.  Please note that you will be responsible for paying for return postage on your item unless the goods are faulty.  This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will aim to process your refund/replacement item within 7 business days of receiving it back at the address above.  Your refund will be automatically paid back to the same payment method/credit card with which the original purchase was made.
