Faster Cooking
Pressure cooking reduces cooking times – a dish that takes 6–8 hours in a slow cooker might take 30–45 minutes under pressure
Built In Steam Vent
Safety is the number one priority for Quest. The built in steam vent allows you to safely release the steam and pressure before carefully removing the lid.

Versatile Cooking Options
The pressure cooker is one of the most versatile appliances you can have in the kitchen, and once you start experimenting it's hard to go back to conventional methods. Tough cuts of meat that would normally need hours of slow cooking – beef brisket, lamb shanks, pork shoulder – come out tender and full of flavour in a fraction of the time. Hearty soups, broths, and stews develop a rich, well-developed depth that usually only comes from long simmering on the hob. Whole chickens cook through beautifully and stay moist, while rice, risotto, and grains like pearl barley come out perfectly every time without constant stirring or monitoring. It handles everyday staples just as well – jacket potatoes, steamed vegetables, and pulses like lentils and chickpeas (no soaking required) all cook quickly and reliably.
