UK PLUG SOCKETS – The cable extension provides you with ten additional UK plug sockets (Type G), for use with appliances up to a maximum load of 13 Amps. It can only be used with other kinds of plugs provided you have an adapter for the UK plug type. Each of the sockets are also surge protected, so your devices will be safe from unexpected power spikes.
Stretching up to a total length of 2m, it’s ideal for powering additional appliances at the same time regardless of their size, especially in places such as offices. Its length also means that it can be used to power appliances in the garden on dry days.
The extension is easily stored, with the sockets measuring just 31.5 x 10 x 3cm, and the 2m extension cable able to be coiled and tied up. Its design makes it perfect for being used under desks or behind cabinets, saving space without disrupting the appearance of your surroundings.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
