These durable non stick pans feature easy grip handles, that provide you with a steady hand when cooking, and an easy way to get the pan in and out of the oven. Please note that the handle will get hot when used in the oven, so please use suitable protective oven gloves to remove safely.
The internal enamel coating on the cast iron griddle pan allows for the easy release of food from the pan to the plate, and the pouring lip towards the edge of the pan will allow you to easily remove any excess fats or liquids during the cooking process!
