- 1 stock cube
- 300g pasta
- 150ml double cream
- 50g parmesan cheese, grated
- Juice of half a lemon
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Method
Step 1 — Cook the Chicken
Heat the olive oil in a large deep frying pan over a medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season lightly with salt and pepper, then fry for 6–8 minutes until lightly golden on all sides.
