"As with all Blackmoors pans and bakeware, this set is robust, useful and practical. You can almost get away with just a wipe but a wash in warm soapy water and they are clean, cooking with them is so easy, nothing sticks, Brilliant, such a good investment. I now have The bakeware set, 3 saucepans, a milk pan (great for making sauces), a wok, a frying pan and the utensils with stand, all are far beyond my expectations, I can not praise them enough. I do exactly as the instructions tell you, hopefully this will mean I have them for years to
