The body of the Neuvo shallow Sauté Pan has been manufactured from 100% recycled aluminium and features an innovative 5-layer design. This allows the heat to conduct faster around the pot, while also retaining the heat inside the cooking surface for longer, ensuring the perfect conditions to create your food on the hob.

The sauté pan's base coating is non-stick and anti-scratch, which means it is healthier as you can cook your meals using little to no oil, and will continue to look fresher for longer, allowing for many years of use.

This 28cm pan comes complete with a tempered glass lid, that allows you to keep an eye on proceedings throughout the cooking process. The lid also features steam vents and a soft silicone rim that cushions the impact onto the exterior of the pan, reducing the risk of scratches.
