The Blackmoor Blue Pro Range has been manufactured from aluminium, and features a dynamic 5-layer construction that not only allows the heat to conduct faster during cooking, but also retains the heat for longer, ensuring you get the perfect results when boiling pasta, rice, or vegetables.

The 5-layer hybrid stone coating also adds to the hardwearing nature of the saucepan, as it allows it to be used in the oven at temperatures up to 220°C without compromising the quality.   The Blue Pro pans are suitable to be used on all hob types, such as gas, electric, and induction hobs, as well as on hot plates, and features a non-stick coating that allows you to cook with little to no oil when making sauces.

The pan features a blue high-shine coating that will compliment both modern and traditional kitchen settings, and comes complete with a scratch resistant surface that will keep your pan looking fresher for longer.
