Competition Terms & Conditions

There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The winner of the competition will be chosen by the panel of judges. At stage one of the competition (regional stage) the judges will be looking for creative flair, culinary experience and passion for everything home cooked. Their decision is subjective, independent and final.

In the second stage of the competition (final stage), the judges will be looking for broadcasting skills, engaging content and continued culinary flair. Once again, the judge’s decision is subjective, independent and final.

All entrants will be asked for contact information and details when entering so we can organise their prize.

Blackmoor reserves the right to amend the prize draw details, and thereby the terms & conditions, at any time. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash or other alternatives offered unless the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

An alternative winner will be selected at stages one and two if we do not receive a response from an individual winner within 72 hours of notification. Images and videos of the winner and their dishes will be required for media and social media purposes. Entering the competition is agreeing to these terms.

The competitions are only open to any person aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK, excluding Blackmoor employees and members of the employee’s families.

The winner/s at each stage will be chosen by the panel of judges and their decision at each stage is final. Winner/s at stage one will be notified within 48 hours of the competition closing via email and the winner’s name will be announced on the Blackmoor social channels: www.facebook.com/blackmoorhome and www.instagram.com/blackmoor_home/

Blackmoor will not accept any responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including those people whose privacy settings prevent non-friends or the public from viewing their shared posts if applicable to the entry requirements.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Blackmoor and not to a social channel.
